Oshiya brings nearly two decades of marketing experience across every beauty and personal care category in Mass and Prestige, delivering outstanding results. 

At Maesa, she redefined the traditional CMO function by expanding the role to include Creative Studio, Innovation & Incubation, Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, and Marketing Operations. Oshiya has been instrumental to the incubation and innovation process, driving the expansion of existing brands into new categories and trailblazing verticals that became the first for Maesa. She reshaped the company’s marketing capabilities, flipping the traditional funnel, and putting earned media at the forefront of the challenger brand marketing toolkit. Under Oshiya’s leadership, Being Frenshe has become one of the most successful wellness brands at Target, and Fine’ry has seen unprecedented growth through the implementation of Generative AI technology. The brand’s phygital pop-up experience – Fine’ry-verse – has hosted over 2,000 fragrance enthusiasts in New York in just two days.

Building high performing teams with a strong team culture has been Oshiya’s north star. Currently, she oversees and mentors a team of 75+ across five marketing functions and over 10 brands.

Prior to joining Maesa in February 2023, Oshiya served as the Head of Marketing, PR and Education Strategy at Charlotte Tilbury North America, successfully delivering incremental triple digit revenue YoY and scaling the brand to become the top 10 fastest growing beauty brand. During her leadership, Charlotte Tilbury became the #1 TikTok brand and a leading earned media brand. Previously, she ran transformation of the Prestige portfolio at Revlon North America and played a pivotal role in launching top-ranked innovations at Unilever.
