Marissa is a Legal Intern at the Global Justice Center. She is obtaining her J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her LL.M. from Leiden University in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration. She holds a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Conservation and Resource Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Marissa brings a background in international human rights, criminal, and anti-discrimination law and has frequently worked on projects surrounding gender equality. She has previously interned for the United Nations and the International Bar Association in Washington D.C.
