Kristen Adolf is a Legal Intern at the Global Justice Center. She is currently pursuing her J.D. at William & Mary Law School with a concentration in International Law. At William & Mary Law, she serves as the President of the W&M International Competition Team, as Managing Editor of Comparative Jurist—the law school’s international and comparative law publication—and on student organization executive boards, including W&M’s Comparative Legal Student Scholars.

Prior to law school, Kristen interned with World Relief, aiding in refugee resettlement in the southern United States. She spent her 1L summer at International Bridges to Justice in Geneva, Switzerland, where she worked towards ending torture in criminal justice systems around the world through the provision of early access to legal counsel in developing states.

She is deeply committed to human rights advocacy, especially securing justice for victims of mass atrocities through international legal mechanisms and advancing gender equity through normative international legal frameworks.
