Anushka Pandey is currently pursuing an LL.M. at Columbia Law School, focusing on human rights, constitutional law, and criminal justice. She completed her legal training at National Law University, Delhi and is admitted to the bar in India. She has a background in working on issues of gender justice and the arbitrary exercise of state power, with experience in both litigation and legal research. She is interested in advancing gender equality and promoting international human rights through her work.
