Submission to the UN Human Rights Council Universal Periodic Review on the United States, April, 2010
On April 19, 2010, the Global Justice Center sent a submission to the UN Human Rights Council for its review of the United States, challenging the censorship of abortion speech (the "Helms Gag") on all U.S. foreign aid as a violation of international humanitarian law and human rights, including free speech.
